The resort itself comprises a series of 12 independent buildings being inspired by the traditional cycladic architecture. Below ground though, the whole plot is occupied by a multi-functional 3 levelled basement, serving logistic purposes and facilities but also hosting a long span conference centre (reinforced concrete).

Mixed Use Building
in the heart of Athens
Scope of the project was the extension and retrofitting of an existing listed building located downtown in Athens – in a rather congested area – with sensitive adjacent assets (including Athens’ Catholic cathedral dating back to 1853).
