A 1972 industrial and telecom reinforced concrete building transformation into a modern office hub.

Structural and seismic upgrade – damaged concrete remedial strategy implementation and structural design of new elements within the service and aesthetics upgrade of the building in order to provide a contemporary work space.

The structure consists of 4 levels and is in contact with the adjacent properties. In the courtyard area a new safety steel staircase was constructed.

• Addition of new cantilever balconies at the high street elevation
• New structural steel safety staircase
• Seismic upgrade of the building based on Eurocode 8 and Greek Regulations (Kan.EPE.)
• Design of cut & carve architectural interventions, new elements
• Temporary works for securing that the telecom service of the building was never obstracted
