'Homa' boutique hotel in Serifos

Located at the Vagia beach, it consists of 3 independent residencies with private pools.

The design team successfully faced the challenges of the architectural concept, mainly the big spans and the large slab openings (light and air flow) – considering the limited local construction options.

Rock mechanics allowed the use of existing rock solids as supports of the long external slabs.

We are glad to see that the final construction result bonds so well with the Cycladic landscape and its nature!
