The innovation Technodynamics implemented is the combined function of the façade itself, as it is acting as the primary frame structure – creating a clear space at the internal area of the building.
Technodynamics achieved the architects’ vision of the two upper levels sliding – by utilising finite element analysis of the façade shells – designing two mega-beams being supported by the structural core, which provides resistance against seismic phaenomena.
The concept of the façade shells demanded high level of detailing and coordination, in order the reinforcement to be properly installed but also to achieve the external panelling – a task that was completed successfully by our BIM and detailing team.
Participating in all stages and closely collaborating with the involved design disciplines and with the main contractor, Technodynamics managed to deliver an awarded project in a constrained environment with zero impact on the initial architectural idea.
